About Robert Martinez
I love cooking, charging my social battery and have a passion for rural and remote
health.
Coming from country routes, I grew up in Lightning Ridge, then moved to Orange for
University and loved it so much I stayed working as a graduate for Cerebral Palsy
Alliance Orange for 3+ years. With my partner purchasing a pharmacy in the Port
Stephens region, I’ve now relocated to live and work in the Hunter region.
Continuing to have a passion for rural and remote health, creating a multidisciplinary
business regionally based, Raymond Terrace Therapy supports an outreach model
of service. Having grown up in Lightning and experiencing firsthand the barriers to
healthcare and access, I felt compelled to enhance rural community health outcomes
through improved access and quality allied health services. Outback Therapy was
established to provide a local base to the Lightning Ridge community.
